The festive season is over and it was a fantasic one
.
But now it is time to knuckle down and hook into my weight training and nutrition as I am only 15 weeks out from my next comp.
Having the last two weeks of rest will only prove to be beneficial to my muscles in the long run. I am suffering some major DOMS right now but it is to be expected.
I must stay completely focused and in the zone!
