Time to build muscles
Since my comps are now over for this year it is now time to for to put my efforts into building muscles. Dieting can really takes its toll and I had been dieting for 19 weeks straight!
I have a great new program to follow (written by my father) and it will definately bring on some good gains.
Today I did quads, hams and abs. Hope to be able to walk tomorrow
. My short term goals on squats are to reach 100kg again. And then push on from there for some PB’s.
