I’m having a lot of truble staying on my dirt & working out so very discouraged. Could use advice or encouraging words

So I’ve been working out real hard doing cardio lifting weights & trying to eat right for months now. I’ve seen major progress in my muscle deffinition and increased my strength by 40%. My problem is i can’t control my eating. I love to eat. I do very well for two or three weeks and then I fall of the wagon hard. The last two weeks i’ve ate horrible and i can’t help it. But I am not going to give up gotta stick with it. I’ve had people at work tell me how slim i’m starting to look and that is an amazing feeling after being so obese for so long. My biggest problem is i’m a kitchen manager at a restaurant i work long hours and not always (actually almost never) get breaks so eating small meals is a huge problem. Also I have free reign over pretty much anything i want to eat and nothing quick to cook is good for me. I do a good job eating well at home and do a great job working out. I do need to increase my cardio. But this is my rant and if anyone would like to comment please do. I will not give up and i will be outstanding looking!!!

So i’m trying to decide on a new fatburner to get since Hydroxycut hardcore is gone. I thinking about Lipo 6 or Xenadrine RFA-X. If anyone has any advise let me know. I really liked the Hydroxycut’s effects.

So i’m having alot of joint and muscle pain from the knees down. Anyone have any natural remedies. I’ve been making alot of progress and really don’t want this to slow me down.

Well i seem to be going backwards. I’ve actually gained weight. But I’ve started working out with a friend and he’s helping me to go to the gym and I’ve added swimming at the end of the workouts. I’m going to start using the workout tracker today so I won’t give up and in a month from now my goal is to see a significant change!!

Well i’m starting a 12 week exercise program thats in reps today. Just finished first workout. Its intense! wish me good fortune !LOL!

Having alot of trouble staying motivated. Letting work get in the way to tired to make it to the gym. But I’m not going to give up.

Well I seem to be doing good. Keeping on the eat clean diet and working out alot. Even have lost a few pounds. Keep going!!!!

Having trouble staying motivated. Hard to find time to go to gym. Have modified my diet eating the eat clean diet. Any words of encouragement appreciated.
