			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I am writing a post to help keep track of the progress I will make during this stack.  I did a 30 day cycle of hemaguno in the montch of march and was really pleased with the results, but unfortunately I did not fully keep track of my progress and did not aggressively attack the weight and food during the cycle.  I am currently not taking anything and have been taking milk thistle for the past month preparing for the cycle.  I have currently been taking beta alamine and creatine and plan to continue taking this during my cylcle.  The cycle will consist of a 30 days where the suggested dosages of all the prohormones will be followed.  3 pill of oxyguno, 2 of hemaguno, and 3 of furaguna a day.  Milk thistle as well as pro liver will be taken, as well as cranbery extract for the kidneys.  In my previous cycle i managed not to drink alcahol, but did on two occasions over the month.  This time around I will 100 percent alcohol free, and unlike last the last cycle I will be eating seve meals a day.. &#8230;  1breakfast, 2 shake,3snack 4 lunch5 shake 6 dinner 7cottage cheesse and shake.  I feel after numerous days of research that the prohormones do work and these particular stack is for dry gains and not necessarily a mass stack.   At the end of the day the biggest gains are done at the dinner table.  A pct cycle will follow after 30 days &#8230; my last cycle was followed by novadex XT and i found that it was terrific and making me stable again.  I defenitely noticed the difference.  I will also follow the cycle with a product called liver longer wich is a pricy liver protection product wich claims to stabalize the liver health post cycle.  The procuct sounds legit.   My point in posting this cycle is that in my research i found people doing similar cycles but no real follow up or detail in their progress.  Feel free to ask any questions.
