Looking to get down to 10% body fat. Did a cardio routine today called Plyometrics (jump training). Burned close to 1,100 calories. Burn baby, burn!</description>

					<description>I've been trying to get my girl to cut her cardio way back too but she is resisting.  Honestly I don't think you need to do so much cardio to keep losing weight, but if you cut back on cardio, then you must also cut back on calories.  My sig has a link to my cutting journal if you are bored sometime.  I only dropped like 14 lbs but saw a big difference in my body comp over that time.</description>
