Cut-Cut-Cut!!! You “cutters”…I wanna hear from you!!!

Step one was to get me out of that aerobic room and into the iron “other side” of the gym. Done.

Step two was to stop having my 2-3 huge-carb and huge-cal meals with nothing at all in between. Done.

Step 3: Consistency, Consistency, Consistency. Done

Now I’ve lost a lot of the fat and most of the cellulite(yes!) and build quality muscle. I’ve found that in the last few months, I’ve gotten larger. (bulkier) So I’ve increased cardio and reduced the amount of weight I lift(slower, more controlled reps, less rest) It sure isn’t easy! Oh, and I do this while maintaining a good diet, which can be hard when you do all this cardio(6Xwk)

Have you cut/slimmed down and most importantly MAINTAINED IT?? I’ll take ALL the advice you can give me that has worked for you. (PLEASE!!!!!)

The quest for the teeny bikini continues!!!

    Animal Cuts are awesome, but be ready for the energy boost! I’m down like 20+ pounds in 2 weeks.

    I’ve been trying to get my girl to cut her cardio way back too but she is resisting. Honestly I don’t think you need to do so much cardio to keep losing weight, but if you cut back on cardio, then you must also cut back on calories. My sig has a link to my cutting journal if you are bored sometime. I only dropped like 14 lbs but saw a big difference in my body comp over that time.

    Hey Sparkie! I’ve done a little cutting. I started the in home fitness program P90X back in mid March. Lost 5 lbs and dropped 14% body fat. I’ve just started another 90 days. Looking to get down to 10% body fat. Did a cardio routine today called Plyometrics (jump training). Burned close to 1,100 calories. Burn baby, burn!

    Hi Sparkie,

    Try the protein shake Syntrax ( loads of flavours ) 0% Carbs 0% Fat & 32 grammes of pure protein. My wife uses it ( on here as LindseyDot ) she lost 13lb in 4 weeks. 1 instaed of breakfast & 1 for lunch. It works a treat for cutting :) . Ask her or try it & let me know !
