These are a few of my favorite things…
Just love it when this happens! Makes my bb challenge just a little easier!!
1. Every machine I jump on is free just when I need it.
2. An incredible song comes on my mp3 just when I thought I had no more energy left in me to push
3. Albacore tuna on sale!!
4. My BF surprises me at gym when I wasn’t expecting it.
5. Successfully mixed and drank shake, while driving, WITHOUT any spills!
6. Fitting into an outfit I was gonna write off, only to discover that it now looks GREAT!
7. Made it through a cocktail party without cheating on diet
8. Received amazing positive comments from my friends on bb!!

#1 YES to mp3 player, MUSIC fires me up .
#2 moving weights on days when they feel like peanuts.
#3 FEELING my work shirts get tighter around my upper chest and shoulders,
#4 trying to "" LOVE "" doing abs again,
#5 yuo said food, ?? i work at a grocery store . BUT i shop at TRADER JOE’s BECAUSE yuo dont sell GOOD buffalo meat.
#6 my wife supporting me after my 13 yr layoff
#7 NOT # 7 but came ot me, MY son being blessed to possiblely being BIGGER than me
he will be 11 on sunday and he is almost 5-4 127 lbs and all muscle, LOOKS better than me.
#8 meeting and chatting with freinds here ,
#9 THANK BODYSPACE , or i might not or ever come out of retirement,

gym membership:$ gym shoes, clothes, gear: $$ chicken+tuna+peanut butter!:$$$ protein, supplements, vitamins, etc:$$$$ Walking into the gym as a short guy and having people gawk cause your arm is as big as their leg and you have a six pack….PRICELESS!!
A few of my favorite things
1) Chest pumped after a workout
2) Having friends in the gym to encourage you
3) Getting to the gym before the 5 o clock rush
4) Finishing a workout and feeling so pumped full of blood you think you’re going to explode.
5) When a girl smiles at you in the gym even though I have a scowl on my face.
Wishlist of things in the gym?
1) A workout partner to push me
2) Have more girls smile at me instead of being annoyed b/c they think I am vain.
3) More people that lift with proper form.

as a motorcycle commuter (though its too cold out now) and suv/minivan dodger I have to tell you #5 is bad bad bad…. you never know when you might NOT see a motorcyclist and that would destroy your world and theirs. I say drink you shake on the road, leave the mixing at home, and keep off the cell phone, just in case.

1. The more I work out, the more my wife wants to give it up. ( If ya know what I mean)!
2. Most of my co-workers give me the ( Muscle-Flex Pose) when I walk by them.
3. Inspiring other people I know to work out.

I love your positive attitude! I agree with your list but I don’t own an mp3 player! Plus, I can’t yell at my partner if I’m listening to music!!

You can never go wrong with #1. And the same could also be said about the free weights as well, especially when they’re racked in the right spots. I hate having to look up and down the rack for weights just because someone got lazy.

1. Riding my bike on weekend mornings while watching the ocean….(assuming is not very windy). If it is windy, and I have scheduled myself for a bike ride…then, it’s my least favorite, but I do it anyways!
2. Drinking protein shakes.
3. Bench pressing!
4. Racing (duathlons).
5. Whisky (Jack Daniels)….Yes, yes, I know…I only do it once in a blue moon.
6. Dancing with the ladies (great cardio work out too).
7. Jeans that I am going to start wearing soon!

1. The feeling after a realy hard push on the weights. It feels like I just got done with the best deep tissue massage money could buy, and it cost nothing but effort! This mornign after my leg workout and cardio I was walking like a drunk you would see in the movies, staggering all over the place. It felt GREAT!

1. The look on peoples faces when they haven’t seen me for a long time.
2. The "hurt so good "feeling.
3. Me and my girl laughing when we catch other chicks lookin(its an ego thing)
4. Wrestling with my woman after cause she can’t keep her hands off me.
5. Knowing that if anyone tries to take my kid or woman they gonna be in for the fight of their f#*%ing life.
6. The sight of my BJJ opponents face when he realizes he should not have underestimated me. HAHA!! Tap now beoch!
Thats just a few but thats enough for me to keep going. OK oK, I also love chicks that aren’t afraid to get all hot and sweaty to get what they want out of their bodies. What can I say, fit women are the best.

1.) i like the feeling i get inside when i see myself in the mirror at the gym , stretching the fabric of my shirt unbelievably empowering .
2.) for the first time in my life i smelled alcohol
(the day before yesterday ) and it almost made me sick . i almost lost my career over it
and its really cool to know that id rather have
a protien shake than a rum and coke .

1)For the past year only being 20 and feeling like I’m in my mid 30’s with all the knowledge I’ve retained.
2)Only being 20 and people that even have known me for a bit keep thinking I’m at least 24 because of how big I am.
3)My girlfriend getting wet whenever I strut in front of her.
4)Noticing all the eyes on me when I lift and the juicing rumors "Keep feeding the ego"
5)Not being bothered when an awesome song comes on and I start singing out loud to pump myself up.
6)Being approached by much bigger guys even Tony Atlas and being complimented on my physique.
7)Knowing that my perseverance, determination, work ethic and positive attitude towards what ever goals I have are second to none.
