a few weeks to go…
well, it’s almost one year since I started BB and I’ll be taking my pics soon. I can’t believe that I’ve actually transformed like that. I had so many challenges where most people would have quit, but I actually hung in there. I’m not actually planning to compete right now, but I’m treating my body as if I am so that I can have the best 1YR transformation that I possibly can. I will actually get on a scale, which I haven’t done in so long. My diet is strict and workout routine intense. I’m doing HIIT cardio 6X a week. If anybody has any advice, I will gladly take it. Please check me out in 3 weeks!!

Wow… no pressure with a boyfriend like that, eh?? Well you have definately stepped up to the challenge. Can’t wait to see your final pics…I have learned that diet is 80% of this beast….(if not more)… I would really target in on that for your final weeks… clean, clean, clean…… good luck!

Way to go, Sparkie! I look forward to the 1 year pics! Very inspiring!!
My advice would be this, make sure that your self esteem is seperate from how your body looks, or how you perceive it to look.
Love yourself, and your body, no matter where you go from here. Through all the hills and the valleys. Up or down.. just love who you are!

You’re going to be shocked and amazed when you actually measure your stats… but regardless of that, you LOOK amazing! Keep it up!!!

Thats great sparkie.. keep it strong girl !! your doing great ! 6x aweek thats where i’m making my way back too .. i use to spin 2x a week for 60. kickbox.1x. n run 1mile every day ..yoga n piliates.. always a run in the am.. n ellipticial after every workout for 40.. change it up so u don’t hit that cardio plateau… lol.. **congrats ** on the 1year on bb.com .. my 1year is comming up .. i’ll have to get my gutts up n post .a pic. haha .. great respect for all your hard work !! =) Gina
