You’ve made a lot of progress! keep up the good work. It’s true that the dieting (read: eating right
) is 90% of the battle. But add the iron to the mix, and there you go! Do you think you might compete some day?

Yes, a lot of progress indeed!
Looking at your photos, you have what my husband calls a ‘curvalicious’ body (smile), that’s awesome!
Stay motiviated, I’ll be watching you!!

You are doing great! Eating clean will bring results quicker. I’ve been at it for a year and still working at dropping bf%. Keep it up! You’re looking great!

Great to have you here! I’m new as well! I’ve been working out for 4 weeks, and a bodyspace member for 2 weeks. The encouragement and accountability I’ve found here have propelled me to greater gains than I’ve ever made before.
This place is great; you’ll love it!
Good luck and great success!

You look like you have it all going your way. so congrats! One thing I have been doing is keeping goals and updating progress along the way. This has been helping keep me motivated cause even when the going gets slow, I can see that I am making gains.
Good luck and keep it up.
