					<description>Hi gecko, don't beat yourself up, we all have our bad days, at least you know when you have had one!  The bad days help us to learn what we are doing wrong and why!

You mention you didn't exercise because your hubby had to work late, you need to know why that stopped you exercising?  You could have considered alternative exercises such as bodyweight exercises in your front living room such as push ups, and chair dips etc etc!  If you were planning to do cardio you could have gone outside for a run or if you have children take them for a walk that way both you and your little ones are getting some exercise!  A little exercise is better than no exercise at all!

Hope you don't beat yourself up too much, as you don't get fat in one day!  Tomorrow is another day, good luck!</description>

					<description>Its my birthday this weekend. I know im gonna have a drink or two and some &amp;amp;#34;bad&amp;amp;#34; food. I'm going to use it as a way of letting off steam and reminding myself how i dont enjoy these things more than i enjoy looking awesome. 

I will enjoy the booze and the barbecue but the next day i will be back on the diet with more passion than before. I'm sure you can do the same.</description>

Is there any chance you can send me the recipe for the cauliflower pizza that would be ace.
