Yes, I made it. A whole month with no cheats and I have only gone significantly over my calories twice.
Very happy.
Bring on month #2. I will be well and truely fat adapted now so this month I am revving it up from 5 days a week of LISS to 3 days a week of heavy weights plus at least 2 more days of LISS. Maybe one of those will be replaced with a HIIT session but unsure as yet. As long as I keep progressing I am happy, if I stall out I will re-evaluate.
This month I will also have my first carb up!! I’m saving it for the weekend when my in laws are down - 9 days from now. I’m not going to go crazy - in fact I’m going to try to be as sensible as possible. I will plan it formally before the time comes and have everything ready for a clean carb up, apart from a small dirty cheat of course
Gotta keep that sanity after over a month of eating to plan.
