day twenty-nine
Better day today. Last night I had a big think about it and if I’m going to make motherhood, student life and my fitness goals all fit I have to rearrange my schedule. So, last night I went to bed early, then got up at early to workout. I finished before the kids got up so that is a better plan. Now I just have to figure out how to do my study during the day around the kids, rather than staying up until the wee hours everynight…
Somehow this will work.
On another note, I am crampy, bloated and grumpy so I’m guessing its TTOM. Might explain my lack of restraint yesterday.
