Ugh. For the second time in the last month I over-ate. Big time this time though. And I didnt exercise today because my hubby worked unexpected overtime.
I didnt go over with carbs though - just calories. I probably took in around 2500 to 3000 calories today.

Hi gecko, don’t beat yourself up, we all have our bad days, at least you know when you have had one! The bad days help us to learn what we are doing wrong and why!
You mention you didn’t exercise because your hubby had to work late, you need to know why that stopped you exercising? You could have considered alternative exercises such as bodyweight exercises in your front living room such as push ups, and chair dips etc etc! If you were planning to do cardio you could have gone outside for a run or if you have children take them for a walk that way both you and your little ones are getting some exercise! A little exercise is better than no exercise at all!
