day twenty-seven
I was thinking about going on intermittent fasting for my second month on keto - but I think I’ve decided against that idea. I’m always so hungry in the morning, I dont think I would be a very happy camper if I had to go until midday before I even get a coffee!
But, something does have to change in this next coming month of keto. I am well and truely fat-adapted and really should be hitting the weights again. I’m having a problem organising life to be able to though. With the housework, kids, kindy/swimming lessons/dance lessons/speech therapy/library storytime/etc runs, plus my own study which is almost a full time job in itself. I know - excuses, excuses. I’ve got to figure it out somehow though. I WILL get back into proper training.
