crappy workout
Tuesday, January 20th, 2009well i did lower body today. my squat was pretty good but after ahwhile my stomach started to get up set and it started to mess with my lift. when somthing like this happens ussaly happens i just lower the weight and do high reps. soi just finished my squat with 3 sets of 315 for 15. it always makes me feel good just because its a different kind of burn. well after that i just finished my calves and left. so it was pretty much cut short. so hopefully tommorrows back and bi’s workout will be better!!!!!
