					<description>I hate leg days too. As much as I try to stick with free weights, I often find myself using cables when I don't have enough time or a muscle is sore. Keep it up thru the soreness, just don't strain too much.</description>

					<description>Hey u. In a stubborn area that doesn't want to work the way I want it, I usually keep putting more weightand try different techniques to train it until it gives in. Tho I gotta admitt, so far I'm 1 for 3 with that philosophy. Lol. Keep it up, I think your doing and looking great!</description>

					<description>Man, I agree.  Starting over sucks bigtime.  That's why I hardly ever miss my M-F morning w/o's...........fear.  Fear of becoming complacent, making excuses, etc.  I'd rather dial things back than take a long break (or worse, quit).  The older I get, the harder it is to claw my way back.</description>
