On the Down Low
Sometimes a girl just needs some space to sort out through the many surprises life brings on. Not all good I might add. But, what can you do other than roll with it, through it, and do the best that you can.
I’ve been working out consistently. It’s been therapeutic. As for the nutrition part of it, got down with it last week and doing well so far today. Cardio coming along nicely. I’m sick of my workout though. About 4 weeks into any workout, I’m done. I strayed a little today, incorporating some different stuff. I’ve had some good gains. BF down in the upper body, a little more defined and now the plan is to hit the lower body a couple of times a week with cardio in mind. I’ve learned how to front squat and I’m free weight squatting, no smith machine! Growing up just a little. No eye candy in the gym today, chucks! Always inspiring. Last week the gym was like Godiva chocolate. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, smooth carmel chocolate…..gave me quite a cavity.
