Slow Progress

Is it me or does it just seem like change is hard to come by where you want it most?  I took these pics last night and yeah I see some change but it’s not where I want it or how much change I was aiming for.  I’m a little disappointed to say the least.  Yes, I’ve only been into this for three weeks now, logically I understand that, but there’s something about me that just doesn’t like it.

What change are you looking for?
You look very fit. Also sometimes it’s hard to see change on your self.

  2. spanishbelle Says:

    more definition.

From the pictures you posted that’s going to be all diet. I’d say you’re body is just about perfect. You could always bulk up a bit more and then diet back down, but that is really hard to hold onto long term. Any specific areas of concern?

cjh156 is right… you look fit. Damn, what do you want? are you looking to compete?

  5. spanishbelle Says:

I’m always competing, against myself. Technically though, no, I’m not looking to compete but I do want to look competitive. LOL. I’m one of those difficult gals. So, I want less fat, more muscle definition and all over! After two cups of coffee, I’m thinking I’m on my way. The next six weeks should be interesting.

its always good to have a competitive spirt thats how you get ahead. you see something you want go get it. you want more definition in six weeks make it happen you can do it. your body looks amazing and in six weeks it will become perfection. keep me updated.

Just be careful that you don’t distort your self image and turn the positive of working out into a negative. You do look great, keep up the good work and good luck on your goals.

I am going to say the same thing as the others, it is al down to eating clean and losing that fat that is covering the mucsle and tone that you are looking for, I am sur you are working out right and you have the mucsle, its the tone, and thats all about the eating, I wish you all the luck and I think you look Awesome

Three weeks into it and you’ve got the transformation blues… Spainishbell, it’ll come for ya… However, its one rep, one set, one workout at a time kinda deal.

    Keep up the pump.
