Week Four
Went on vacation last week and added an additional 3 pounds. It is what it is, fresh start today. Started out on my supplements, boy did I have a good pump going before I hit the gym. I increased my weights on my squats by 20 pounds and lunges by 10 and added some more exercises to my program. I’m working heavy for the next two weeks and following my Luke’s Locker training schedule which consists of 30 to 40 minute runs plus drills for this week.
