I know i shouldnt get hung up on the number on the scale, i even tell other people not to and here i am doing it! lol
Will try and mix up some new things. Different types of cardio and different foods.

Try to focus more on the measurements or even just how your clothes fit. You could try varying your diet a bit too: eat more meals in a day, eat carbs at different times, lower weekly calories and then up them on the weekend, try eating more raw veggies with your meals. Try a few different things and see if they work.</description>

I've decided I've got to lose weight!  I'm going to start today by cutting out the rubbish food and training more cardio work.
