quick update…
Wow, well thats nearly the 3rd week at my new temping job over with, had a busy day today, was given some high priority work to do, that ended up taking me all day today. As a result my lower back and my neck are aching like crazy, and are rather painful.
I think I may have a long soak in a hot bath tomorrow night. My workouts have been going good since saturday when I started the weights again. Have done the following -
Sat - chest, shoulders + abs, 30 minute cardio
Sun - Back, biceps, 50 minute cardio
Mon - 40 Minute cardio
Tues - Chest, Triceps + Abs
Wed - Back, traps, 20 minute cardio
I don’t know whether to do any tonight because my back is so sore. Think I will give it a break tonight, might go and have a go on my guitar instead. Then do legs and biceps tomorrow.
Eating this week hasnt been too bad, tryin to keep my protein consumption up. Eating little and often too (well trying to).
Ok thats all for now. Weigh in is either tomorrow morning or saturday, depends when I remember. Fingers crossed its gone down this week, or atleast stayed the same, but not gone up (dont think it will have, i hope lol)
