3 day diet

Well I was thinking and I feel as though I’ve hit a plateau at the minute, so have decided to do the 3 day diet to give me a boost at eating better again. Now I know this isnt the healthiest thing to do, but I have had success with it in the past, and will only do it for 3 days, just for that kick at getting back on track.

I found a thread on here of a bloke that did the 3 day diet (he did the days 1 normal, 1 day on the diet,1 day normal etc) for like 6 weeks and lost a lot of weights. Now Im not going to do that, Im just using it for a kick start.

Will let you know how I get on. Starts tomorrow, wish me luck!!

I see some changes!….

Well I weighed myself this morning and I put on 0.5lb, which I expected because I have eaten a bit badly this week. Being at home all the time is not that great, you have all this other temptation in you face 24/7 (i know im not using it as an excuse just saying!)So did a lot of walking yesterday to try and make up for eating a bit badly. Might just be a bit of water retention, due to eating late last night, Anyway moving on its only 0.5lb.

Anyway I also did my measurements this morning, last time I did them was back in MARCH!! (2007). In total I am down 6lbs (have been up and down since then and now, due to holiday and stresses etc), and have lost 6inches from all over. The biggest loss was 3 1/2 inches OFF my waist!! Was like WOHOOO!!! So that was good to know.

My calfs actually went up a little bit, but due to muscle development I think.

Still got my goal of 11stone by christmas *(now 9.5 weeks away) So am going to knuckle down, do more cardio, and measure myself around xmas time.

Started my christmas shopping today, which I am chuffed about, Im not one to leave it to the last minute, Im normally all finished by mid november!

another week gone…

Well i weighed in this morning at 160lbs. So lost 0.08lb this week (nearly  a whole pound lol). Still pleased, its still going down, and I am definatly seeing changes in my body, so its not all about the number on the scale, although that is part of it.

Some of my clothes are getting rather roomy now, and I can actually fit nicely into a jean skirt ive had for what like two years that Ive never worn! So its all good.

Just did a session on the punch bag, helped me wake up and was good stress relief as am bit pissed off/stressed due to a few things. Feel bit more at peace now I killed the bag. My mum said she thought I was trying to knock the house down cos of the vibrations of the bag in the garage lol

Will probably do legs a bit later.

Going to start a 4 day split, as the job I am going for and hoping to get is 4 days on 4 days off, so if i start a 4 day split I think that would work quite well. So i will sort that out later.

every little helps…

Well I weighed in this morning, 160.8lbs, so lost 1/2lb this week. But as they say every little helps so Im pleased with that. I knew it wouldnt be as much as last week because I drunk and ate quite a bit on the weekend.

I will probably again on saturday 6th oct, because my mum is getting married, so there will be a whole buffet of food, and lots of drink. Bought diet lemonade and coke to go with the spirits, so its not quite as bad lol Ill just keep telling myself that.

 So i had another interview today, thats 3 in 2 weeks, not bad!The interview went well and they said theyd be in touch to arrange a visit to the establishment and to do a computer test.

So I may have 3 jobs to choose from! Got 2 at the minute.

Ok well will do my weights in a bit once my tea has gone down.

6.8lbs to go til I get to my "current" goal. With 12 weeks til christmas, even with 1/2-1lb a week I could make it.

Fingers are crossed, and will be lifting weights in a moment lol.
