all is going well…
Sunday, March 4th, 2007Well having properlly started training and being aware of what I am eating since 16th January (the day I started my new job), all is going well so far.
I was 12 stone 8lbs when I started then (think thats about 179lbs) and as of 1st March I weighed 11 stone 13lbs (which is just under 170 i think).
Am trying to work out minimum of 3 times a week. Change my routine up every now and then, keep my body guessing,
Its definatly easier to control what I eat now that I don’t work in catering where I had food and bad temptations in front of my all day long.
Am pretty settled into my new job, and happy, which makes a huge difference. Was really unhappy in my old job.
Had a very good work out yesterday. Hit the weights, did chest,triceps and shoulders, then hit the punch bag for 15-20 minutes (was a bit pissed off at time, so felt better after I had done that!) then did my stepper for 15-20 mins.
Its leg day today, not my favourite but has to be done.
Did my measurements this morning. LAst time i took them was may last year. Since then Im down 10lbs and have lost 8.25 inches. The only thing that went up measurement wise was my forearms lol, which i guess is from lifting weights in general as i dont do specific exercises for forearms.
I will post some pictures up when I get to my next target which is 11 stone 7lbs (163.8lbs). And I will also load up my old ones I took in January.
