Progress
Friday, June 6th, 2008I have really been making insane gains with my strength and my weight has been steady and increasing. The other day on decline I put up 275 6 times easily, and the next set dropped to 185 for 20 reps easily… My squatting has been increasing a lot as well. My heavy set I normally go up to 275 for a couple of reps and i repped it 9 times last leg workout. Last week I weighed in at around 203 and yesterday I was 204.5 so slow progress means muscle not fat… I’ll take it!! I hope I can continue avoiding any plateaus and grow grow grow…
