Progress

I have really been making insane gains with my strength and my weight has been steady and increasing.  The other day on decline I put up 275 6 times easily, and the next set dropped to 185 for 20 reps easily… My squatting has been increasing a lot as well.  My heavy set I normally go up to 275 for a couple of reps and i repped it 9 times last leg workout.  Last week I weighed in at around 203 and yesterday I was 204.5 so slow progress means muscle not fat… I’ll take it!!  I hope I can continue avoiding any plateaus and grow grow grow…

Injury

Wednesday, May 21st, 2008

I played softball last Sunday and of course my first time swinging the bat since High School baseball I suffered a subluxation in my shoulder.  No matter what I have done the past few days, including simply changing my shirt, my should slides out.  This is extremely aggravating everytime I feel like im getting on a roll making some progress something comes and hinders my training.  I will probably rehab it for a few days with an elastic band for now…

Supps

Gotta get to Vitamin Shoppe tonight to restock on some supplements.  Im thinking about taking the AnimalPak vitamins which I haven’t used in a few months.  I will stick with my l-arginine/ornithine and glutamine as well.  I never get too crazy with supplements because nothing on earth is more anabolic than food and I would rather focus my attention on eating!!

Welcome!

What’s up everyone here on Bodyspace… I have been training at Bodyquest Gym for a few years now in Blauvelt, NY, but just recently aquired a TON of equipment for free from my older cousin and converted a basement into a full gym… it is unbelievable.  I am pumped to start training without distractions and a 15 minute drive to and from the gym every night after work.  I will be posting more pics now that I can take them as I train in the basement and don’t need to worry about looking like an idiot in a public gym taking pics of myself lol.  I will post some pics of the new gym up soon.
