Well, I think I’m finally back now. I’ve only worked out like 3 times this week because I have still been battling a case of bronchitis. It took two trips to the doctor and I had to get a second antibiotic because the first one did nothing for the bronchitis. I’m finally feeling better. Not completely well, but alot better. Looking forward to hitting the weights this week. During the two weeks I have been sick, I did manage to post a few more progress pics. Not a whole lot of progress going on right now, but hopefully that will change now.

Hey, ok I know its been awhile since I posted on my blog. Promise to do better though. Over the past month and a half I feel like I have started making a little bit of progress. I have actually gotten better with the cardio and have cleaned up my diet. I am starting to see the nutrition factor in bodybuilding. Right now I’m not doing to well. I got sick Labor Day and went to the doctor on Tuesday. Now I am bouting a case of bronchitis. Haven’t worked out or did cardio since Monday. Hopefully I’ll be able to start back up by Saturday at least. Can’t afford to slack up at work. By the time I get off work I’m so beat that I can’t seem to muster up the energy for a good workout. Well, guess I’ll go for now. Will post when I get well and start back working out.

This past week has gone pretty well. My workouts went pretty good and I made it through all of them. Slacked on the cardio though. Really need to get started on the cardio so that I can lose some of this weight. Also, only worked abs one day this week. I am determined to be more disciplined with the cardio and ab work from now on. Recently posted a workout schedule to my bodyblog page. Hope that I can stick to it. If I really stick with it I think I will notice some change within a few months. Wish me luck!!

OK…my first post…I have put working out and exercising on the back burner for too long…just 3years ago I was in pretty good shape, but personal problems put me through a very stressful time and I just got to the point where I stopped working out…now I am paying for it…I went from a size 29 waist to a 33-34 and went from 142lbs to 179lbs…the desire to be in great shape has finally come back…I have got alot of work to do…alot of fat to lose and alot of muscle to add…I can tell that BB.com is going to be a great inspiration to me…there are alot of people on here that have put in some hard work in the gym and it shows…that in itself is a great inspiration…I know my transformation isn’t going to happen overnight…I didn’t get out of shape over night and I’m not going to get back to where I want to be overnight…it’s going to take alot of discipline and alot of hard work…but hey, I’m game…
