Ok… So, I didn’t realize how healthy I was back in the day (HS & college)… Today was my kick off day, and I went and picked up the vitamins that I use to take. By the time I went to check out, I looked like I was trying to open a store. Currently, I am taking:
- Flaxseed
- Omega 3
- Echinacea
- Chromium Picolate
- Calcium
- Vitamin C
- Ginkgo Biloba
- Woman’s Multi
- Co-Q10
- Beta Carotene
- Super B Complex
My vitamin pack looks like something out of a vitamin convention. I will be taking the Calcium in the evening (since it has properties that can make you sleepy) along with the multi, and the rest in the AM. I started with these vitamins in HS, and got so busy in college that I drifted away from them. When I started college, I was probably close to the best physical condition that I have ever been in, and my goal is to get back to that level. My mood and energy level was way better, and I believe that both are directly related to my physical condition.
The vitamin regiment is just the start. To build anything properly, one must have a solid foundation. I have started to re-build the foundation that I have managed to destroy over the past 6 years. To get good out, you must put good in. I am going over my daily intake tonight, since i will be going back to 5 meals a day to help get my metabolism back to where it needs to be. I am also looking into Mitotropin. I am looking for something to kick start my weight loss. Any ideas?
