Blog Entry

Well here it is 4:45 am and I’m about to head off to the gym.  Guess this si what is all about..right?  Still a little tired, I’ll be rolling in a few.  Today I am running 5 miles and will do some abs.  This will be my second five mile run of the week.  Ok, time to get a little NO explode in my system and get to wrok!!!

    Its 5:15am here. I’ve been up since 3:59am making & eating a huge breakfast. I’ll do my core workout in about an hour. Sunday is my running day with a 6.5 mile run that relaxes me! I look forward to it all week!
