ok well
i haven’t been loosing any weight, but my bf is going down, my abs are becoming more visible and i feel great about amphetalean because i really am loosing fat, i don’t mind not loosing weight cause i know i am replacing fat with muscle, i have been upping the cardio to 50-60 mins every other day and i am changing up my work out so i don’t get used to the 8-12 reps, so i am now doing half the weight and 25-30 reps although i am doing a heavy day at my max every other week to see where i stand strength wise. i have had a few slipups with my diet, i had a few drinks for my buddies 21st b-day but worked it off by doing a duble day so all in all i feel good about the way it going.

Sounds good man. Just as q word on reducing weight and uping reps. It’s good that you’re monitoring strength with the heavy day but overall I’ve seen in myself and read that cutting weight during a diet more than about 10% is a death bell for muscle mass. But I guess if on the heavy day your strength is still within about 10% of what it was when you started you’re good to go. Stay strong.
