more & more cardio

yeah yeah i know to get past the plateau you got to increase cardio man i have been pushing it i’m talking morning and evening cardio. i do my cycling in the morning.about half way throug the ride i stop at the track i do a mile around and then do a cardio wortkout i take my jump rope resistance band  and my push up bars. i train like a madman for about an hour.then i complete my cycling i do all of this in the morning.i have started doing this 30 day shred with my wife and daughter. that jillian micheals is one tuff cookie .anyway she states (jillian micheals) that you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days .i don’t see how but hey i’ll try anthing to lean out. i hope that it works.till next blog keep pushing go forward!!!

Sieze the road bike tour 09

whew for all of those who know me on bodyspace know that i like to ride my bike.well i’ve convinced myself that i want to do the 60 mile bike tour to raise money epilepsy.oh somebody kick me what an idot .i think that i can do it.however thinking and doing are two different things.i mean it’s for a good cause. So i’m trying to get a friend of mine to ride with me.now you think i’m a scaredy cat he is just plain chicken.i keep telling him you need to get road ready but he has yet to bust a move.i would like to have a partner to go on this tour with me but i cant drag around a 260 pound human being worth of dead weight .i train alone daily but should i slow up my program for him to cacth up. what do you guys think and if i should have to fire him how can i put it in a nice way

man if anybody ever told you that getting fit would be easy they lied to you.its a struggle all the way .i enjoy the workout not seeing the progress that i want to see but i know it takes time however nutrition is kicking my ass . it so easy to fall off the nutrition wagon.i got to get my nutrition under control i m,ean more blogging about my nutrition and better tracking of my workouts i must invest in a journal that might help the main thing is the nutrition so if you are the fortunate one reading this help your boy out with some good nutrition ideas thanks

i work inside a warehouse all day i’m like not air conditioning so if it’s 100 degres outside it’s like 120 degres inside the warehouse.so i get off work and i’m like i need to push for more cardio.pull out the bike and say i think i’ll push for 15 miles.got suited up helmet on started down the street and boy i felt like i was going too melt.i couldn’t do it.turned around cane back home then thought to myself louisiana is the devils personal vacation spot

well i’m hitting the gym the weights hard but i seem to be stuck at 260 lbs.

i have tried several diets but i seem to be stuck someone mentioned try a cleanse. wow no what do i know about that nothing .so fllow body spacers i need some good advice on a cleanse how it works and how can it benifit me .also what is the best cleanse on the open market. or is there something that i can do at home that would surfice all coments or welcomed for help

well i guess its been a minute since i blogged .i’m still in this thing .it just that sometimes logging those workouts take too long.i am still cycling daily and lifting three days a week.i hope soon to post new pics .well got 2 run but the push for cardio continues.

is a lifetime enough time

i had learned some tragic news of a dear friends passing.it hurts you know it seems like every couple of weeks for the past few weeks i’ve been laying friends and family to rest.they say that we are all here on a predetermined amount of days.it makes me question is there enough time in a lifetime.i hear people say yea i’ll do it tomorrow.when in reality do you even have a tommorow?the everyday struggle of life.it seems as if were always fighting to live .when in reality were only living to die .all my life iv’e been a procrastonator. but now for some strange reason i see myself no longer stuck in that mode .my wheels are moving i’m in motion.everytime i lose a dear friend or relative i start to worry about my number .how close am i to it?or more important what do i leave behind?what memories have i embedded in the minds of others.i guess i said all of that to say this never second guess, live for the moment cause you can never get it back.love hard let no one tell you that you can’t do ,or thats impossible.when its all said and done your life is yours there will never be enough time in it to do all that we would like to do .as for me i will lay another friend to rest .and continue on this journey that we call life.

40 lbs vest leg and wrist weights

today i did my cardio with the 40 lbs weighted vest .man wearing that thing will make you think slim.whew you will want to get as much weight off you as possible.i’ve done no weight training today just wore weights all day vest ankle and wrist weights.puledl the lil red wagon loaded with cinder blocks and did a cycle trek around the city boy am i exhausted .bout to hit the sack 2 morrow the madness begin again.

well i know it has been a minute since i bloggged but i still been grinding .anywho i been trying to step up my cardio game .

i lost my mind and decided to ride my bike to the gym .guess what i liked it i liked it so guess what today i’m going to do it again.its like 7.5 miles .so its like 15 miles round trip whather permiting i would like to do this on my three weight traning days.to me is so much better than getting to the gym then using the machines for a hour. if you want a good cardio workout try riding a bike ttyl.
