					<description>You sound like you are pretty dedicated and focused ion getting good results. The only thing I would suggest is looking at the Body for Life program, which you can check out at Bodyforlife.com and see what they recommend for nutrition, weightlifting and cardio and if what you are already doing matches it.
The results that both my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received by following Body for Life have proven to us that it is a worthwhile program and can assist a lot of people who are looking to both lose weight and get into great shape.
