Workout Advice Needed…
Hi All,
In my first post, I mentioned my current workout routine (7 min warm up, 20-30min strength, 20-30min cardio 5days/week). Right now I’m focused on losing fat and I would also like to get toned. Should I increase the amount of cardio that I’m doing? I was thinking that I’d do 3-days of 45min cardio & Abs and then 2 days of strength training & cardio for the next month and then switch out a cardio day for a strength training day. Any suggestions?

When my main goal was to loose fat my trainer had me doing 30 to 45 min of low intensity cardio at least 5 days a week and weight train at least 3 times a week for an hour.
