Getting Started…
Hi All,
I just wanted to do a quick introduction post to share a bit about my fitness goals and provide excuses for my current lack of photos. As I’ve stated on my page, I’ve been working out for about 1 1/2 months and I usually go to the gym 5 days/week. I’m still trying to figure out a good workout program. Currently, my workout consists of a 7-minute warm up, then I do strength training for about 30 minutes, and then cardio for 20-30 minutes. I’m currently doing a diet with some of the ladies at the gym so I haven’t really been able to add additional weight during strength training but that’s the plan. My goal is to transform my body. I would love to lose body fat and tone up. I actually want to see some muscle in my arms and legs.
I’m working on getting a picture up soon. I’m not brave enough to post a real full-body shot but I’ll figure something out.

You sound like you are pretty dedicated and focused ion getting good results. The only thing I would suggest is looking at the Body for Life program, which you can check out at Bodyforlife.com and see what they recommend for nutrition, weightlifting and cardio and if what you are already doing matches it.
The results that both my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received by following Body for Life have proven to us that it is a worthwhile program and can assist a lot of people who are looking to both lose weight and get into great shape.
