We all fall, but the ones that learn from the mistakes and get back on that horse are winners. Don't beat urself up too bad. Let the training and workouts do that:-) Hang in there...

Ditto........MAJOR THANKS to you &amp; your husband for his service.

Anger can be a good motivator when channelled in the right direction. Dust off, press on. Keep charging. :D

First and foremost bless you and your husband. I'm glad to see that he is home and the two of you are well. Secondly use these small failures to fuel your fire towards the overall victory. We all fall short of our small goals along the way. But it is the ones who do it least often, and with the smallest negative effect that overcome. Those that use it only to drive them more that win! Best wishes -

We've been programmed to live and die by the stupid scale. You know you shouldn't get hung up on the number it gives you (especially when you are losing inches), but it still gives you a bad feeling when it doesn't go down.

I get my body fat measured every two weeks at the gym. Most places will do it for free. The BF percentage is the number I live by now. If the weight is due to a gain in muscle, who cares?

Trust your jeans, not your scale :) Keep working hard!
