This guy(me) has been around weight training for 43 years !! In my 20’s I was in superb shape - Ripped at 190, very kittle bodyfat!! Now seeing the Big 6 0 sneaking up on me - I want to kick ages ASS - and kick it good!

Who out there DOES NOT WANT TO LOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE???? Betch not anyone on this website. We’re all wanting to improve our looks and health, perhaps we’re a bit narcissistic(maybe, just a little).
Hey, I’m down 5 pounds- that’s 5 lbs lighter. But my shirts are tighter in the shoulder area. Either I’m making progress or- subconciously shrinking my clothes in the wash. Thankx for inspiration
