My Before Pics
For those who have asked to see my before pics I have finally been able to get a couple of them posted, take a look if you dare. The kids picked these out and there are a few others, but not sure about those yet.

All of your pics are great dude. I’m sure your kids are really proud of their dad and his incredible transformation. Kids love it when their dad is big and strong…makes them feel safe and secure. Keep up the good work and keep on inspiring the rest of us dads.
