I need some new clean eating recipes. I’m kinda bored w/turkey meatloaf, steak and chicken. I need some new recipes to add some excitement to these three staples of my diet. Please pass on any ideas! Thanks a bunch.

Get a copy of The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. Also Clean Eating Magazine. Tons of clean eats recipes. Thankfully, eating healthy does not have to be a boring cardboard tasting drudgery.
I checked out the clean eating mag and I want some things that I can make in bulk that wont taste like crap after their preheated. I have a hard time sometimes eating leftover chix or beef. It tastes funny when its not eaten rt when its prepared.I make alot of turkey meatloaf and this italian chix in a crock pot that doesnt taste bad heated up. When i cook chix or beef on the grill or in the oven it doesnt taste good afterwards. Maybe its just me lol
It’s not just you. I need easy stuff to eat later too. Eating every 2-3 hrs at work is no easy thing. I’ve eaten TONS of boiled eggs this yr, for example. The last few wks…….I’m having major issues choking’em down……LOL.
Ughhh…..I like eggs but I’m no stranger to the feeling of trying to get them down n not puke lol Thats the thing I’m on the go alot so I need to beable to take my meals along, I dont always have time to cook them and i certainly makes life less stressful
I like them very much and the best part is that you can pre-make them and put them into a ziplock and right into your purse. I take them everywhere, and you don’t need to put anything on them. You can also add a sweetner like stevia or splenda if you like. They’re fine warm, cold, or room temp.

This site is based on the 40/30/30 principal. It has literally thousands of great tasting, low calorie meals. It costs a little for a memebership, but I have a complete cookbook that I got from that site…definitely worth the money! Check it out and let me know what you think. I used it to lose 80 lbs in about 7 months! I hope it helps…Jay!
I gotta get in on those protein pancakes! Clean eating mag is awesome, as everyone else has said. I normally make chicken or beef for a whole week and throw some seasoning on it and either sautee it or bake it. (boneless breasts of course). I season with a variety of things like pepper, garlic, cilantro paste (ROCKS!), Mrs. Dash Tomato/Garlic/Basil. . . etc. It’s simple and does the trick. Then again, I don’t expect too much out of it; if that makes any sense.

an easier way to eat eggs is to mix 6 egg whites with 1/2 cup of oats, cinnamon, 1/2 scoop protein powder - then make pancakes!
