Every now and then I get into this funk where I don’t feel like I’m making the gains I want and seem to lose motivation. If anyone has any pointers as to staying motivated…pass them on. =)

i always just think if it was easy then everyone would do it and during my workout i use my competition as my motivation.

Like my trainer keeps telling me, the more fit you become, and the closer you get to your goal, the further away it seems. But it’s right there, so just dig in and keep your eye on the prize:-)

I feel like that pretty often too. It helps me to bring up some pic that’s like 6 months old or more, so that I’m forced to admit that I’ve been making progress.

Thx all for the words of wisdom. i agree w/u China on the less u have to lose the harder it seems. I get in this funk every now and then and I’m getting ready to start training for comp again and I cannot afford to be lacking motivation. I will never give up, but every now and then I wanna feel "human" and eat a slice of pizza with a nice cold beer lol But all in all I love fitness too much to live that type of lifestyle and thats where BB comes in because I can speak with others that feel my pain. Thx again =)

Read my blog what’s your inspiration and it may help you out.Alot of times when im not motivated i either need a break or to switch things up a bit.
