					<description>Yep, I have tried rear raises seated, Worm, but it's been a long time.  There was something about 'em that felt awkward - maybe my monkey arms are too long or somethin'!  I appreciate your suggestion via said stripper...  lol     I'll put 'em back in my arse.................nal for next week's delt workout!  Thanks for the reminder!  Hope you're having a WACKY WEDNESDAY!</description>

					<description>Here is a neat way to do bent over rear raise.

Sit on the end of a bench and bend forward so that your chest is resting on your lap.

When you do them like this instead of standing bent over, your torso doesn't bounce up and down and you can execute the movement with less cheat.

I actually got that tip from a stripper a long time ago.

It works. Good workout, btw.</description>
