I was in the gym today and a guy asked me "how much do u bench?" I said, "hell, i dont really know." I believed he thought i was just being modest or something, but then i told him that currently the last two weeks, i had been working with dumbells, so I really dont know how much I bench now. We both agreed that most guys are just concerned with lifting weight on the barbell and dont know how to develop true strenght. But dude, I walked away thinking" damn, I must be doing something right If people are asking me questions!"

I want to be the King in my gym. People we step out of my way because the beast has arrived. I will lift heavier and more intensely than anyone else. I will wear my WWE Championship belt to the gym to let everyone know that the champ is here! You might as well put my name on the building because I’m gonna run the mother@#^&*%!!!!!!!!

I’m getting better on my cardio, I’m getting more flexible because I stretch long and hard. But best of all I’m getting stronger! No one at my gym squats, no one deadlifts! I attack the weights like an animal, and I try to outdo those around me! My Ipod is blasting in my ears and I’m in another world…a world or sweat and iron!

Back from my morning cardio..taking it up a notch with interval training. Weighed myself and I’m still the same, but I feel better, I’m stronger, more flexible and I’m starting to look better so I figure I’m gaining muscle becuase I lift very heavy. Hard to believe I’m halfway through the first month! Bring it on! Army Strong!

It’s week two, day four. I halfway through week two and I feel really good. Staying with my workouts and my diet. Im getting stronger and having more endurance and it feels awesome, I love it!

Well, its week two, I made it. It felt so good to go hard in the gym today, now that I’m over the soreness. I was able to add ten pounds to all of my exercises. it was great. excited that I lost five pounds. I know i will lose more now that cardio is going to twenty minutes this week, and I plan to be real strict on my diet. this summer I will be in the best shape of my life! HOOAH!!!

Week two has began, and I weighed myself this morning. I lost five pounds, awesome!. I know with the increases in cardio over the next few weeks along with building more muscle that I will lose more. This is great, Im finnaly on my way, Army Strong!

Knocked out leg day. Pretty proud of myself! First consistant workout and diet for a week in over a year! Nervous and excited about getting on the scale Monday. We will see what we see, Army Strong!!!

Well, it’s day five. I’ve done workouts 1 and 2, upper body. I’m pretty sore right now, not debilitating, but I feel it pretty good. Guess my legs will be sore this weekend, lol. Looking forward to next week to work this soreness out and try to go a little heavier on my weights.

Back from my run. I still circled the armory twice but I had to stop two times, to tie my shoe and because my right shin hurt. gotta work on that.
