Like I said nutritions my weak spot. I have the training down, but I don’t think I have the eating totally down. Could someone give me some tips eating to lean out?
I usually cycle all 3 day through M T TH F, and doing cardio wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. So I tipically try to get to the gym 7 days a week lifting 4 day and doing cardio 3, but usally my weekends are buisy and I miss sat/sun cardio.
Tell me what you think of my Split because I would love to here some feedback.
