I’m 25 5′10 and about 210lbs right now. I was GETTING into decent shape and let myself become lazy and lost focus on where I was. I never really had a good diet plan because I’m not the best informed YET on how to do so but I’m fully ready to follow a real diet plan. I’m stationed in barracks and don’t have my own kitchenette or anything so any plans have to revolve around food I can get at my chow hall (cafeteria style) or things that can be made with a microwave. I have a good variety of fruits, veggies, eggs, meats, breads etc etc available to me daily. I just want to cut back down to a more reasonable weight while getting back on track where I used to be. (leaning out around the 190~ level) Any help would be amazing, PM or respond here is fine. I’m willing to put in an amazing amount of time or money too if needed. Supplements are fine, as well is buying some extra food items if needed. Thanks in advance for ANY help.

Turns out the doc says I have bronchitis. It’s kicking my butt too. I’ll be out of the gym for a few more days until I feel up to par X_x.

Caught flu like virus and It’s got me where I don’t even feel like going to the Gym! That’s crazy for me, I’m just riding it out on some nasty meds the doc here on post prescribed and hoping for the best. I can’t even drink my shakes, they make me feel nauseous. I’m guessing I will REALLY have to work hard to get my bulk back on track after this. I’ll press on no matter what however.

I totally can see my abs in my bulk! I’m super stoked because I’ve went from 184 to 198 in this bulk and today I completely coerced a 4 pack to show itself and this was after a much less than healthy dinner after my football game (win 28-8) and gym time. Go ego boost! Also threw 255 for 3 at the end of my chest workout just to see if I could. Overall I’m having a hell of a day

I’m mid bulk and starting to see constant gains in weight, and suprisingly I’m leaning out a bit mid bulk. I guess it would have to do with the constant running at football practice and then the interval sprints i do after each weight lifting session.

Thanks to those who told me to keep upping the portions and adding a pb&banana sandwich and glass of milk to my meals! My bulk finally is starting to pay off. I’ve put about 6 pounds on keeping the same waist size. Trying to eat as clean as possible and keep tons of good carbs, fats, and TONS of protein coming in.

The past few weeks I’ve been hitting the gym A LOT harder than I had been. I’m tossing more weight, getting more cardio, and just feeling better about working out and life in general. Price Fitness Center is my crack.
