Leg day was interesting
No big machine squats or smith machine squats. It was machine leg extensions and dead lifts. Overall, it all went well. I do have a hard time holding on to the bar for the deadlifts. May be just that I need to increase my forearm strength.

Dude if there is nothing wrond with your knees or ankles, you really need to get under a smith or a free weight squat rack and squat. Go light if you cant handle a lot of weight , but nothing puts shape on the legs like squat.

Thanks Nick! I totally agree with you. It’s usually smith and free weight squats but sometimes you just need to mix things up.
