I’ve dropped some in size this last two weeks. I’ve been sick and when I try to workout I drip snot on the equipment and feel worse the next day. I hate resting, but gotta do it. Story of my life, I guess.

Ok, so I got hemmroids mostly from too much leg pressing. Has anyone else had this problem? I hate talking aobut it, but I simply must know if there’s someone with the same issue. Surgeon said I have to cut back on the heavy weights that require me to use pressure from that region, which include leg press and I don’t know what else. Darn it.

Had surgery on my butt. Wasn’t that fun. The doc was a woman and she put the largest tube i’ve ever seen up there and looked around. What a weird job! You start at the bottom and you stay there your whole career. I’m healing well. I eat junk out of self pity for about two weeks, and I went running hills today to start my return to pre-hemmroid status. What a nice message I wrote. I hope no one reads this.

how much does the curl bar weigh???? i do curls, and i see that it’s a barbell curl (for lifting stats), so i want to post how much i do. I did 60# on the curl bar 10x the other day.

I weighed the curl bar at the gym. What a concept! It was 16.5#, and two collars you squeeze weigh 1# together. I round it to 18# ‘cuz it’s easier to add.

On Monday night, August 18, 2008, I did 300 push-ups within one hour (or 1h 5m, i’m not sure). I’m so proud of my development and growth!!!! After my 2/2006 neck surgery (where all my muscle in my left arm/shoulder atrophied), I could not do one push-up. So happy.
