South Beach
I have started the South Beach Diet. I hate the word diet. I like to think of it as the South Beach nutrition plan. I’m 4 days in and still dragging. I know that I was addicted to sugar and breads, but till now I never knew how bad. My cravings are starting to come down. I’m not craving sweet and much as I am craving bread. I found a jogging buddy. So I’m excite to get out to the park and get moving. Every Saturday I’m aiming to do a 3-mile walk/jog. The first ½ hour ruff but I feel good by the end. Well folks that all for now.

Hey man, I’m right there with ya. I think "diet" is a curse word. I hate it. I cringe when I hear the word. The walk/jog will get better as time goes on. Good luck with it man. Let’s lose those 60 pounds man!!!

It’s good to hear some one else also feels that way. Thank you for your positive words and support. In to weeks I have lost 5 pounds. I excited and ready to shed the fat and pump up my body. Maybe I can hit my goal by the end of summer.
