			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Woo Woo!!  I&#8217;m down 8 Pounds!!  It&#8217;s taken about 5 weeks, but it feels soooooo good to see the numbers on the scale going down every week!!</p>
<p>I had kinda started letting myself go again&#8230;.we just bought our first house, so the move made me pretty lazy for a while there&#8230;.eating out all the time, plus drinking 4 or 5 nights a week&#8230;.ugh&#8230;</p>
<p>It feels so good to be eating healthy again&#8230;drinking is down to 1 night a week&#8230;(I don&#8217;t know if I&#8217;ll ever be able to cut it out all together, but at least now I make better choices in what I drink and the amount)</p>
<p>anywho&#8230;rockin the P90X videos again&#8230;feelin strong&#8230;seeing my body change&#8230;clothes fit better, and I actually have a jaw line again!! (my face retains aLOT of water when I drink alchy too often)</p>
<p>anywho&#8230;I&#8217;m happy and excited, and I feel good!  Can&#8217;t wait to push myself again today!!

<p>BUT I am finally back to feeling 100% again&#8230;and I am ready to get working out again!!</p>
<p>I have noticed how much my energy level has dropped in the past two weeks&#8230;I need naps a couple times a week, somedays multiple times a day&#8230;.ugh&#8230;it&#8217;s ridiculous!!</p>
<p> Today, I am going to pick up my vitamins that I&#8217;ve been out of for the past few weeks&#8230;and some new protien powder&#8230;</p>
<p>Then tomorrow I am getting back to the grind&#8230;BUT I&#8217;m gonna try to take it a little slower to start off this time&#8230;</p>
<p>so hopefully I won&#8217;t wind up sick again&#8230;.</p>
<p>Still looking for a trainer&#8230;.so any suggestions are welcome!! <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Why is it that every single time I start working out and getting serious about it, I get really sick??</p>
<p>I wind up getting flu like symptoms every time after a week or two of working out consistantly&#8230;and I get derailed every time. </p>
<p>I was doing so well the past week or two, with my halloween challenge and then BAM! I&#8217;m sick AGAIN!  I haven&#8217;t been able to work out all week, I haven&#8217;t had much of an appetite  so I haven&#8217;t been eating properly&#8230;and I feel like everything is getting soft again.  ugh&#8230;I&#8217;m disgusted&#8230;.I feel like any progress I was making has completely deteriorated all over again&#8230;total bummer.</p>
<p>Any idea why this happens?  When I say I&#8217;m sick, I mean like dead man walking&#8230;exhausted, head feeling like it&#8217;s going to explode, throat so sore, I can barely swallow, swollen glands, ear aches&#8230;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m feeling better finally today ( but I felt better yesterday during the day and then got really ill at night) not a 100% but more like 65% &#8230;should I workout?  I really wanted to up my cardio this week and take it up to 45 minutes to an hour becuase I was only doing 30 minutes (although very high intensity) last week.</p>
<p>Any advice??

<p>I&#8217;m 31, my usual heart rate is between 180-190 (I like to work out at my maximum rate) and I&#8217;m pushing 200-400 watts and I using my entire body.</p>
<p>If I do 25 minutes like this, the machine says I am burning between 500 -600 calories.</p>
<p>Can somebody help me figure this out&#8230;there is so much information on the web, so many contradictions&#8230;and I&#8217;ve even read that heart rate monitors (which I thought we the best thing to use) can be really off also&#8230;</p>
<p>so how are we ever to know what the truth is???</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I know it&#8217;s only been a few days since I decided to do a Halloween challenge&#8230;but I have done pretty well with sticking too it&#8230;.I haven&#8217;t done as much P90X as I would like, but I have been sticking to my 25 minute minimum on the elliptical&#8230;at a very high wattage&#8230;so I am burning 400-500 cals per session, and then do 15 minutes or so of weights&#8230;I noticed today that my jeans are starting to fit better already&#8230;I have a size 10&#8217;s that I am perpetually trying to get into, or back into&#8230;lol&#8230;so I&#8217;m back on trying to get into them&#8230;they fit now, but are skin tight and create a large muffin top&#8230;BUT the muffin top is a little smaller this week than it was last week&#8230;.every little bit helps!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I took my newest progress pic last night&#8230;UGH&#8230;how awful&#8230;I can&#8217;t beleive I have let myself get that bad again!  I&#8217;m so disappointed in myself&#8230;my butt is totally saggin&#8230;and I look totally bloated&#8230;</p>
<p>That is the motivation I needed!!  I am back into things, full swing&#8230;started cardio again the other day, and P90X last night&#8230;</p>
<p>I was having a real hard time doing my cardio for the past two days&#8230;my heart rate was sooo high and I couldn&#8217;t slow it down, and couldn&#8217;t catch my breath&#8230;.then I realized what a dumb ass I had been&#8230;I am taking Lipo6 and was taking it 30-45 minutes before taking Superpump!!!  Duh&#8230;</p>
<p>Well, I won&#8217;t make that mistake again&#8230;.</p>
<p> So, off to do some kick ass cardio!
