					<description>Hey snshyne.. this is extremely common so don't think you are the only one.. :) as mentioned, any time to start training your immune system is effected.. it becomes less effective at fighting bacteria the more you tax your body.. it's very important to get as many immune supporting vitamins as possible, a good multi-vitamin/mineral, antioxidants and tea's.. (tea is the fun part) :)  You should be able to do the amount of cardio you desire without the worry of getting sick..

					<description>I would say the same thing if you don't have you immune system boosted with a good multi vitamin supplement you will tend to get sick quicker especially when you first start or change things up. Even more so if you are in flu season and everyone around you in public is sick.</description>

					<description>In my case, it is because when I don't work out and eat right, Toxins build up in my body.  Working out and eating right flushes them out causing me to feel sick.  This time around I am eating right first to get flushed out, then I will start to work out and see if it helps.</description>

					<description>i think youre going to look great. if youre doing the p90x try dong kempo and plyometrics really hard. i mean like really get into it. those are fast calorie burning excercises. but i dont think you need to worry much youre already beautiful...  oh and to add onto what you left on my blog, i too love the arms and shoulders work out. i have a thing about my shoulders and i love workng them out.. well take care and keep it up. You'll be the queen of hearts in no time.</description>
