I’m back and ready to get moving again
Woo…That cold I got really knocked me on my ass for a week or so…
BUT I am finally back to feeling 100% again…and I am ready to get working out again!!
I have noticed how much my energy level has dropped in the past two weeks…I need naps a couple times a week, somedays multiple times a day….ugh…it’s ridiculous!!
Today, I am going to pick up my vitamins that I’ve been out of for the past few weeks…and some new protien powder…
Then tomorrow I am getting back to the grind…BUT I’m gonna try to take it a little slower to start off this time…
so hopefully I won’t wind up sick again….
Still looking for a trainer….so any suggestions are welcome!!
