November 22, 2006Well its time to start a bulking period. This will be my first time trying this since i have only been lifting since mid-june. I plan to start a 12 week bulking starting november 15. High protien foods and GNC weight gainer will be my most important influences. Being a competitive runner, this will make training quite dificult, and i will have to miss two races, but everything in life only comes with sacrifices. I would rather have a muscular body that an average runners body, so i feel i am doing the right thing.
