					<description>man that's awesome cuz that's what I talking about man, but believe you can more than 350 per sure,  I got 350 before I couldn't  do 300lbs  8 times than, so I believe you can do more I say about 375</description>

Ha ha, and nah, that wasn't the halodrol.  Unfortunately halodrol can't add that much to your bench. :-)  If it could, I'd be first in line to try it.  I've always been an awful bencher even though it may not look like it.

Ha ha, the fact your chest workout usually ends with 265 for 8-10 reps is reason enough for me to believe you could have gotten the 315, maybe 330 easily.

Ha ha, the halodrol is probably responsible only for the extra 20 lbs and thats just guessing.  Most likely, all it did was help you get the extra reps.  :-)  

Now, I know I need to get on the ball.  GEEZ!!!!!
