You want some size.  Ha ha, eat some tuna, rice, and corn throughout the day between your meals.  Drink a protein shake at every meal.  

You'll be at 200 soon then.  :-)

					<description>Creatine did some good for me. Didn't do much in the weight dept. As for strength, it rlly came up. Hope that helps. Btw, I took NOW Creatine Mono. the caps.</description>
